About Chelsea

“I believe that everyone faces difficult seasons, and that with the right support and tools, those challenges can become opportunities for growth and change.”

My passion for therapy began while working as a field guide for a wilderness therapy program, where I discovered the value of being part of the therapeutic process and helping others navigate life’s challenges. Since 2020, I have worked in the mental health field, primarily supporting youth and families, while more recently expanding my experience to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and stages of life.

I believe that everyone faces difficult seasons, and that with the right support and tools, those challenges can become opportunities for growth and change. My approach to therapy is multidisciplinary and collaborative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of my work, I enjoy a variety of artistic and outdoor pursuits, including running, fly fishing, bird hunting, writing, drawing, and painting. These interests reflect my appreciation for creativity, time outdoors, and the many ways people find meaning and connection in their lives.

My goal is to work alongside you to build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to become the best version of yourself. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, working through family dynamics, or seeking meaningful change, I look forward to helping you work toward the best possible outcomes for yourself and your family..
