About Kayla

“My mission is to walk alongside individuals, helping them grow stronger, more connected, and more confident—one step at a time.”

I am a licensed professional counselor with 5 years experience whose passion lies in strengthening the heart of every individual and family I serve. With a warm, empathetic approach and a deep respect for each client’s journey, I create a safe and nurturing space where trust, confidence, and healing can thrive. I specialize in working with adults, youth, young children and their families, helping build strong emotional bonds that foster resilience, connection, and long-term well-being. I am very passionate about postpartum depression for both women and men and helping families with parental support.

Known for non-judgmental attitude and natural ability to build rapport, I am dedicated to utilizing integrative modalities that support learning and emotional growth like person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and emotion-focused therapy with strength-based approach. I have a strong work ethic and integrity ensure that every client receives thoughtful, individualized, and quality care.

Outside the therapy room, I treasure my time with my loving husband and our three young children. Whether enjoying family adventures or quiet moments at home, I bring the same compassion and presence to my personal life that I offer to my professional practice. My mission is simple but powerful: to walk alongside individuals, helping them grow stronger, more connected, and more confident—one step at a time.
