“My deepest commitment as a therapist is to support my clients in finding and utilising their inner strengths as they face life’s current challenges, heal from past hurts and prepare for the everchanging future.”
I am an advocate for promoting lifestyle factors as building blocks for positive mental health and care deeply about individuals and the unique ways they interpret their lives. My goal is to support the navigation toward a balanced and rewarding life by empowering individuals on their journey.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration and communication that is open ended and explorative. I am interested in finding the best techniques that align with individuals, whether it is understanding past events,, Nurturing personal growth, or focusing on mindset, thought and behavior patterns, while working toward a specific goal. I have a heart for adolescents, single parent families and faith based counseling.
My children are my first joy, but I am always up for an adventure, whether backpacking in the Bearthooths, Serving in the community, weekend getaways to Sporting events or long planned educational trips. Simple pleasures such as my dogs, cats, gardening, reading, baking, writing and painting keep me grounded.
